1. Return Window
You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as they meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Product Condition
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unassembled, and unmodified products.
- Products should be in original condition and packaging, including any accessories or manuals that were included with the product.
3. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
- Report the Issue within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide Proof: Send clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect, along with the product and original packaging.
- The product must not be used or assembled.

Once we verify the return eligibility, we will guide you through the process. You will receive a pre-paid return label for defective or damaged products. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
After the product is returned and inspected, a full refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
6. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
Restocking Fee: There will be a 10% restocking fee for returns unless the product is returned in a used or damaged condition. The restocking fee applies if the product is returned after being used, opened, or without original packaging.
Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs will be borne by Interius Performance for damaged or defective items. For all other returns (such as incorrect items or buyer’s remorse), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
7. No Refund for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or incorrect product ordered.
- Unsuitability of product for your needs or space.
For buyer’s remorse returns, **return shipping costs will not be covered by Interius Performance**, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
8. Non-Returnable Products
- Customized Products: Products that are customized, made-to-order, or special-order are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Please double-check all customization details (dimensions, finishes, features) before confirming your order.
