No Return Policy – Exceptions Apply
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item is delivered and accepted by the customer.
However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit or due to manufacturing defects.
No Returns on Customized Products
All customized, made-to-order, or special-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of the condition, once delivered.
Please double-check all customization details (dimensions, finishes, features) before confirming your order.
Return Eligibility – Severe Conditions Only
We may consider a return only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transportation
- The product is severely defective or broken upon delivery
To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product
- You must share clear photos/videos of the damage and original packaging
- The product must not be used or assembled
Transportation Charges for Returns
If a return is approved:
- Transportation charges will be borne by the customer
- We will assist in coordinating return logistics if needed
- The refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item
No Refund for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered
- Unsuitability of product to your space or needs
